Market Development Representative – Channel

We are a high energy company that is looking to expand our Sales Team by adding a Market Development Representative. This person will be the inside sales associate responsible for our channel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to inbound requests to become a dealer/channel partner
- Interviewing potential channel partners
- Sending channel partner application along with some basic company information
- Making introduction between prospective channel partners and Eagle Eye Networks Regional Sales Manager
- Explaining the on-boarding process to new channel partners
- Webinar product demonstrations for channel partners
- Recruitment of new channel partners
- Tracking pipeline of channel partners from “new lead” to “active partner”
- Reporting internally on channel partner pipeline status
- Assisting channel partners with quote development
Relevant Experience:
- Customer facing roles
- Customer service roles
- Phone-based customer service
- Order/data entry
- Administrative skills
- Hospitality experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
