Popeyes is a fast food restaurant that sells fried chicken and is operated via franchise owners. After having a few issues with employees and wanting better visibility into his restaurants, a Popeyes franchisee decided to upgrade the video surveillance system at each location.
With the Eagle Eye Cloud Security Camera VMS, he’s able to check on his restaurants from anywhere – even on-the-go – on his smartphone. Since installing this solution, the amount of employees showing up late or out of uniform has significantly decreased. He’s also able to monitor the registers and the kitchen to make sure his employees are correctly handling transactions and following food-safety protocol.
