How did you hear about Eagle Eye CameraManager?
I’ve known Rishi Lodhia (Managing Director – Eagle Eye Networks EMEA) for years. We’re both in the security and alarm business, and it was a logical match to work together. This goes way back, even from before the acquisition.

Comfortability is an intelligent and user-friendly solution that brings together all the smart devices in and around your home, with professional service providers and a centrally operated system. The only cloud video platform we integrated, is Eagle Eye CameraManager. From our app, users can live view all their cameras and control any other device they like. Think of smart lighting, outlets, smoke detectors, etc.
What specific features were you looking for in a video surveillance system?
First of all: Cyber Security. Really important these days. You cannot open any newspaper without seeing at least one item concerning a hack or security breach. Next to that, storage, image quality, and resolution.
What sort of challenges were you looking to solve?
We were looking for a cloud video partner with an easy to integrate API and an eye on the future. A service is all about innovation, you have to make progress to keep up the pace.
Why did you decide to switch to Eagle Eye CameraManager?
Eagle Eye CameraManager offers a well documented API that’s easy to work with.
In your opinion, what are the benefits of cloud-based video surveillance?
The cloud is a managed service. The SLA so the end user does not have to worry. Of course, some end users have to get comfortable with the fact that they cannot manage their own server, but the pros make up for that feeling.
What are your favorite features offered by Eagle Eye CameraManager and why?
The image quality is amazing and the hardware has a really good price/quality ratio. Also, the CLVR smart analytcs run on the cloud, which is perfect for our service.
How has Eagle Eye CameraManager helped your business improve?
This is the only video service we’ve integrated into our platform. Now our users can have visual feedback as well.
