Sapphire Connected Communities integrates with Eagle Eye Networks to bring a seamless video surveillance integration for Multi-Family property managers and owners. By partnering with Eagle Eye Networks, the property managers and maintenance technicians utilizing our software for smart apartment management can view live camera feeds, check on surveillance history, and adjust settings within the same dashboard that they manage their smart apartment technology. One of the benefits of this integration that property managers will be able to take advantage of is vendor access management. With the Eagle Eye integration, the property management team can provision access to their property and specific units to a vendor, and within the same software, they can check on the access history of the vendor and check surveillance cameras. This added visibility provides real-time and historical data to property management teams without having to switch dashboards or manage another system. Additionally, property management can view their surveillance cameras remotely and view the status of common area doors while managing vacant apartment units remotely.
With planned features like amenity reservations, receiving activity data, and providing residents features that let them know when common areas are the busiest, quick snapshots of amenity areas so a resident can see if an amenity is currently in use by a fellow resident and much more.
