Della integrates seamlessly with the Eagle Eye platform by allowing integrators to link a building’s Eagle Eye system to a corresponding Della system. This connection enables property managers to view and manage camera feeds directly from Della’s property management interface. Additionally, managers can selectively share specific camera feeds to the Della resident app, giving residents convenient visibility into common areas or other designated spaces. On the technical side, Della serves as the central “connectivity layer” for a property’s various integrations—ranging from access control to energy management. If you configure an access control system through Della, you can link any Della-compatible access control reader to a camera feed associated with Eagle Eye. This setup offers advanced functionality without requiring the camera and the access reader to communicate directly. For example, property managers can open doors or grant temporary access within the same interface that displays the relevant camera feed. From an end-customer standpoint, this streamlines everyday operations by allowing them to verify a visitor at an entrance through a live video feed and then unlock the door—all from a single, integrated platform.
Benefits
Della integrates with the Eagle Eye platform by requiring an Eagle Eye account that has access to any cameras a property manager needs. The Della integrator then logs in to the Mission Control portal—Della’s deployment tool—and establishes the connection to Eagle Eye. Each camera is placed on the floor plan blueprint, and an “Eagle Eye camera” is mapped to a “Della virtual camera,” which Della can use for both the property management dashboard and the resident app.
